1. Naughty Nuri’s Warung Seminyak
One of the first franchise-style warungs with a beautiful love story behind, Naughty Nuri’s Warung after the great success in Ubud has opened its awesome locale in Seminyak offering some of the best pork ribs on the island. Many celebrities have already tried their mouth-watering dishes, sumptuous BBQ sets and delicious Naughty Nuri’s Martinis including Anthony Bourdain, Donna Karan, Julia Roberts and Elizabeth Gilbert – the author of ‘Eat, Pray, Love’, who was a regular guest in Ubud’s restaurants while living and working in Bali.

2. Made’s Warung Seminyak
From the simple roadside eatery popular among locals and expats established in 1969, Made’s Warung has recently evolved into one of the most sought-after restaurants with delightful dishes, colourful performances and incredible home-made desserts. 3. Warung Mina Seminyak
Warung Mina Seminyak is an authentic Balinese restaurant with simple wooden tables, spacious open-sided layout and ubiquitous Balinese charm. 5. Nook
Simple and unpretentious, Nook’s casual design with rustic whitewashed tables and matching benches and arm-chairs are beautifully blended in the spectacular setting opening to the emerald green paddies flanking the quiet Jalan Umalas Street. 6. Ithaka Warung
In Ithaka Warung you won’t need to repeat ‘tidak pedas’ – no spicy – for a couple of times, as their slightly Westernised local dishes are already good to eat. Portion sizes are a bit smaller than elsewhere in Balinese eateries but really affordable, so you could try more dishes and spend equivalent to other venues.

7. Warung Ocha
Warung Ocha is a typical Balinese-style eatery with food being displayed in a glass vitrine, so you could either order from the extensive menu or simply indicate. 11. Warung Eny’s
Warung Eny is a must-visit when holidaying in Bali. Home to the Love Cooking School located in Kerobokan, the restaurant serves fresh and organic food cooked by Eny and Wayan in front of you. There is a menu, but usually, you will dine on seasonal vegetables, and seafood caught this morning and carefully selected by Wayan.

12. Babi Guling Pak Malen
Meat lovers are blessed with the most authentic and rustic eatery on the Sunset Road in Seminyak. There is only one dish on the menu – a succulent Babi Guling or spit-roast pork – making your life a little bit easier. The eatery usually gets crowned at lunchtime and dinner, though, you will never need to wait for too long.
