Inspired by the Ralph Lauren’s Caribbean beach house interior, Villa Lulito’s cool, nautical, open plan design offers a simple tropical living mixed with functionality and modern chic. The dominant white colour used in interior and exterior reflects a beach house architectural style. Villa Lulito encompasses four large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a spacious semi-open living and dining pavilion, exotic tropical garden and a dazzling swimming pool. For the large groups, the next door four-bedroom luxurious Villa Jajaliluna can be also rented to create an eight-bedroom property.
Villa Lulito Living
Villa Lulito comprises three living and dining pavilions that house bedrooms, lounge and dining areas. The central pavilion hosts an expansive living room accomplished in white and creamy colours. The modern living comes with a comfy sofa, armchairs and a glass coffee table. The lounge provides a wide array of leisure options: from a wide selection of books to the flat-screen satellite television and music system.
Guests have a choice of indoor or outdoor dining. The indoor dining area features a large dining table seating eight, while the outside dining space offers to dine amidst the tropical surroundings.
Villa Lulito Bedrooms
Master Bedroom
Villa Lulito’s master suite occupies the upper floor and features a four-poster king-size bed, beautifully draped with white nets, a soft chair, satellite television and an ensuite bathroom which has a freestanding bathtub and a rain shower. The bedroom easily converts into the family suite by opening the sliding double doors in the walk-in dressing area to the adjoining children’s room.
Guest Bedrooms
Guest bedrooms are nestled on the ground floor and feature the identical design and layout. Both bedrooms are furnished with the four-poster king-size beds, large rattan and leather travel trunks paced at its foot and adjusted bathrooms with rain showers and wide round mirrors.
The children’s room located on the upper level is equipped with custom-made bunk beds, draws, shelved and ladders creating an awesome playground for the little ones. The ensuite bathroom has a rain shower and features child steps to the vanity and sink.

To the left from Villa Lulito there is a legendary Ku De Ta, and to the right appear famed Potato Head. Sitting in the most prestigious district of Seminyak, the property, though, is reliably protected from the noise and crowds as it is tucked away in a tiny private lane. The beach is only 5 minutes on foot from the villa.
