Villa Jajaliluna is a splendid four-bedroom property located in the private lane of Seminyak. The downstairs living room opens directly onto timber deck bordering the pool, however, it can be closed off should guests require. Celebrating the Provence chic, the living room is furnished with ceiling fans, large rattan sofa, comfortable chairs and a modern Denon sound system.
White stone staircase, to the rare of the lounge, lead to the mezzanine TV lounge featuring a huge L-shaped cushioned leather sofa, oversized beanbags, ceiling fans, large satellite television, DVD player and Nintendo Wii.
The dining room is located opposite the media room, across the pool. The dining area offers a choice of fan-cooled open living or enclosed air-conditioned comfort and is fitted with a state-of-the-art square table that seats eight.
The Jajaliluna media room is hosted in a single-storey building with Bi-fold doors, which can be opened to the cool breeze or closed to enjoy the air-conditioned comfort. The room is equipped with a 42” satellite TV, DVD player, Denon surround-sound system and an impressive collection of movies.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor offering guests a stunning view of well-groomed lawn bordering the pool. Furnished with the king-size bed draped in a mosquito net, and beautifully decorated with flamboyant green, red and yellow cushions, the bedroom boasts a gorgeous ensuite bathroom equipped with the terrazzo bathroom and walk-in monsoon shower.
Guest Bedrooms
Two of the guest bedrooms have similar design and are both fitted with king-sized beds. One of the rooms opens onto the pool deck, while another one stretches directly above. The ground floor ensuite bathroom has an open-air shower, a bathtub and a small walled garden, while the upstairs bathroom comes with a walk-in shower. The upper-level bedroom has a private access to the balcony, overlooking the pool and features a super king-size bed.
Fourth Bedroom
The fourth guest bedroom sits on the upper floor and features mezzanine-style bunks above twin beds, which can be easily converted to the king-size bed. The ensuite bathroom is fitted with rain shower and a grey marble vanity opening onto the shared balcony.

Villa Jajaliluna is nestled in the peaceful private lane meters away from the Seminyak beach. The Eat Street with its incredible restaurants, bars and lounges is within a short stroll along the busy Kayu Aya street. The Seminyak Square shopping centre is 5 minutes walk from the villa.
