The Layar

One Bedroom Villas
The Layar comprises four one-bedroom villas. Enveloping a gorgeous free-form swimming pool, exotic elevated garden and spacious living pavilion spread out below the wing of the dramatically sloping ironwood-shingle roof. The open-sided, airy and light living space completes with a triangular kitchen, fully fitted with top-of-the-line amenities, that smoothly flows into the expansive living room furnished with the recycled boat timber furnishing and leather white sofas. The ultra-chic bedroom comes with a king-size bed, a state-of-the-art garden bathroom and stylish seating area.
Two Bedroom Villas
There are seven two-bedroom villas in The Layar luxurious estate. Spreading across multiple levels, the living and dining area, bedrooms and mezzanine media room provide an abundance of space and air. The open living and dining space stretches the full length of the enticing swimming pool, leading to the partly recessed kitchen and up to the mezzanine media room. On either side of this immense property, there are master and guest bedrooms, featuring the luxurious setting and stunning ensuite bathrooms with Jacuzzi and garden rain showers.
Three Bedroom Villas
Each of the eleven three-bedroom Layar villas features a huge free-formed swimming pool, immense living area and exquisite bedrooms redefining the meaning of space and functionality. The vast living room set on the ground floor, opens directly onto the garden and pool, serving the scenic view and serene atmosphere. The three of villa’s bedrooms lie off the main living area; are hidden behind the statement stone walls, and set on different levels for the complete privacy. All three suites and fitted with king-size beds, glamorous bathrooms and high-tech amenities for the in-villa entertainment.
Four Bedroom Villas
There is only one four-bedroom villa in the Layar enclave. The open and breezy living area flows around the countered and angled walls of the expansive pavilion, leading towards the lush tropical garden. At the far end of the spacious living, the dining area is sitting on the raised platform offering a stunning view of the dazzling vast pool and a manicured terrace. On the upper level, there is a mezzanine room equipped with the top-of-the-line amenities.
The master suite is discreetly hidden behind the stone wall. It completes with a king-size leather-and-wood bed, built-in wardrobes and study desk. The splendid open bathroom overlooking the garden is equipped with a terrazzo bathtub, vanity with twin basins, al fresco shower and enclosed monsoon shower.
Each of the three guest bedrooms has its own unique charm and provide a choice of king or twin beds.
The Layar Location
The Layar is conveniently located in the centre of Seminyak, only a few minutes from the Eat Street and the major shopping centres. There are endless restaurants and bars in the vicinity including the famous Sisterfields Cafe, Ultimo Italiano and Chandi.
